Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Everstock. Here's what to expect when it comes to shipping.

**Order Processing**
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may take a few additional days — we'll notify you by email if there is any significant delay.

**Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates**
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the United States. Orders under $50 are charged a flat shipping rate, calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days from the date your order ships, depending on the product and destination. Because Everstock works with a network of fulfillment partners, delivery times can vary slightly by item — you'll see the most accurate estimate on each product page.

**Order Tracking**
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive this email.

**Shipping Delays**
Occasionally, shipments are delayed due to carrier issues, customs processing, weather, or high order volume. Everstock is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once a package has left our fulfillment center, but we're always happy to help you track down a delayed order — contact us at support@everstockstore.com.

**Multiple Shipments**
If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages and at slightly different times, since items can ship from different fulfillment locations. This is normal and does not indicate an issue with your order.

**Incorrect Address**
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Everstock is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to correct it before the order ships.
