Refund policy

We want you to love your Everstock order. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

**30-Day Returns**
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all included parts and accessories.

**How to Start a Return**
Email everstocksale@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and, if applicable, a return address.

**Return Shipping Costs**
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or was shipped incorrectly by Everstock — in those cases, we cover return shipping and send a free replacement or full refund.

**Refunds**
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

**Damaged or Defective Items**
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you, and you will not need to return the damaged item unless we request it.

**Non-Returnable Items**
For hygiene reasons, items that have been used or installed (such as adhesive-mounted organizers) cannot be returned unless defective. Clearance and final sale items are not eligible for return.

**Exchanges**
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size, color, or product, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

**Late or Missing Refunds**
If you haven't received a refund within 10 business days of approval, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company — processing times can vary. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, contact us at everstocksale@gmail.com.
