Foldable storage cabinet with doors for the household items that need to be contained rather than displayed — snack packets, folded clothes, toys, cleaning supplies and the miscellany that has no obvious home. Doors on the front mean the contents stay dust-free and out of view, which is the difference between a storage unit and an open shelf that quietly becomes clutter. Depths of two to five tiers cover a corner or a whole wall.
Each tier is moulded in thickened PE plastic and clips together without tools, so the unit is built, extended or taken down by hand in minutes. The panels fold flat when it is not in use, which is what makes it worth keeping between house moves rather than replacing. A 40cm module size keeps each tier deep enough for bulky packets while staying narrow enough for a gap beside a cupboard.
It works in a kitchen for dry goods, a living room for toys and games, a bedroom for folded clothes, or a garage for tools. Everstock supplies it in heights from two up to five tiers so the same system can be sized to the room. Keep heavier items on the lower tiers, particularly in a child's room where the doors will be opened unsupervised.
