Pens, brushes and scissors stand in the open sections where they can be grabbed mid-task, while the two drawers swallow cards, cables, cosmetics and the small clutter that makes a tidy desk look busy. Most desk sets fail because they are either all open or all closed; this one is deliberately both.
The open compartments and the drawers share one moulded plastic body, so the unit stays square when a drawer is pulled rather than flexing at the corners. Plastic is the right material for a mixed stationery and makeup load: powder, ink and skincare all wipe off a moulded surface, where card and fabric organizers start to look tired within a season.
It earns its place on a home office desk, a bedroom dressing table, or a student desk where stationery and cosmetics genuinely share the same square foot of surface. Everstock made the split deliberately uneven, with more open sections than closed ones, because most desks need quick access far more often than they need things hidden away. Because the drawers are shallow, nothing is lost at the bottom of them, which is the usual fate of small items dropped into one deep box.
