Double-layer desktop organizer rack that adds a second working level to a desk without taking any more of the surface. The lower shelf holds the things used hourly, the upper one the things used daily, and the split means a reach for a pen no longer disturbs a stack of notebooks. It suits a desk that is short on depth more than it is short on length.
The rack is made from a wood-plastic composite and weighs around 1200g, which is heavy enough to stay planted when something is pulled from the top shelf. The composite gives it a timber look while keeping the wipe-clean surface of a moulded product, so spilled water or serum leaves no mark. There is nothing to assemble and nothing to fix to the desk. The upper tier is open at the front and the sides, so a tall bottle or a rolled set of brushes can be stood in it without fouling the shelf above.
It works on a home office desk for stationery and files, on a dressing table where the two tiers separate skincare from makeup, and on a kitchen or dorm shelf for sundries. Everstock built it for rooms where one surface does several jobs, since a rack that can be lifted and moved is worth more there than a fitted shelf.
