Wooden wall shelf for the stretch of wall that is too narrow for furniture but too useful to leave bare. At 25 by 20 centimetres it is a display ledge rather than a storage shelf, sized for a trailing plant, a framed photo, a candle or a small speaker, and it puts those things at eye level instead of on a crowded surface.
It is cut from wood with a plain squared profile and no visible ornament, so the shelf reads as part of the wall rather than as a bracket holding something up. That restraint is what lets it sit under a mirror or above a desk without competing with whatever is displayed on it. One rack is supplied per pack, which makes it straightforward to run two or three at staggered heights up the same stretch of wall.
Use it beside a bed for a lamp and a book, in a hallway for keys and sunglasses, or above a desk for a plant and a photograph. Everstock kept it deliberately small because most walls that need a shelf need a narrow one - in a tight room, a deep shelf is mainly something to walk into. Two racks spaced a hand's width apart do more for a blank wall than one larger shelf, because the gap between them becomes part of the arrangement.
