Coffee bar countertop shelves give a machine a platform and its supplies a drawer, which is the difference between a coffee corner and a cluttered counter. This unit holds the machine on top and a smooth-sliding pull-out basket underneath for pods, filters and everyday small items. Everstock built it for the corner that became a coffee station without ever being planned as one.
The frame is thickened steel, chosen for load-bearing rather than looks alone: a coffee machine sits on it without wobbling when the portafilter is knocked in or the lever pulled. A wooden countertop caps the steel, which keeps the unit from reading as bare metal in a home kitchen. The two levels are partitioned by purpose, with the upper surface left clear as operating space and the lower basket taking everything that would otherwise be on show.
Because the basket slides rather than lifts, the back of it stays reachable without moving the machine above. It works equally well under a printer in a home office, in a kitchen for appliances and supplies, or on a sideboard. Nothing is wall-fixed, so the whole station lifts and relocates in one piece whenever the layout changes. Loading the basket evenly keeps it sliding smoothly rather than catching at one corner.
