Shoe cabinet shelf divider for the cupboard where every shelf gap is boot height and every shelf holds trainers. Hanging a divider into that gap splits one tall space into two usable layers, which is the cheapest way to get more out of storage that is already installed. It is aimed at small homes where buying another cabinet is not an option the floor plan allows.
The divider is plastic and hangs from the shelf above rather than standing on the one below, so it borrows the structure that is already there and needs no drilling, brackets or adhesive. It hooks on and lifts off in seconds, which means a cupboard can be reorganised as the contents change through the year. Multiple dividers can be used down a run of shelves to give a cabinet a consistent layout.
It is designed around small living areas, and works just as well in a living room storage unit or a media cabinet as in a dedicated shoe cupboard. The same partition separates folded towels in an airing cupboard, or tins and jars in a kitchen unit where the shelf spacing is too generous. Everstock kept it slim so the divider itself costs almost nothing in height.
